1) What is the minimum quantity of wedding cards that I can order?
Our prices are based on a minimum order of 100 invitations however you may order as few as 50 invitations. The unit price for less then 100 invitations will be higher as there are certain fixed costs we need to take into account. For quantities under 100 we sell in batches of 25, so the next quantity up after 50 is 75. We offer quantity discounts for orders of 150 and above.
2) Where exactly are your premises, can I visit to see samples?
We are based in Stanmore, North West London. Our full address is provided under the contact us section. Viewing our samples of wedding stationery is by appointment only. We wouldn't want to keep you waiting if we already have a booking at our offices.
3) Can you send me samples before I place an order?
Yes we can send you samples, just call us to order the samples you require and we will dispacth you a sample the next working day.
4) What are the prices of your products like?
Our prices are the most competitive in the industry. They reflect the quality of our products and the service we provide.
5) If I place an order for wedding cards how long does it take until they are ready?
For our standard service it takes us two working days from the date you have supplied us with the text to send you an initial draft by e-mail. Every change after that takes one working day. Once given the go ahead to print, we take 15 working days until they are ready for dispatch or collection.
6) Do you offer an Express Service?
We do offer an express service. This will halve the number of days required on the standard service.
7) How do I place an order?
You may place an order by telephone or by visiting our premises through making an appointment. We recommend you order a sample set from us if you are unable to visit us.
8) What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all types of payment methods. For cheques and postal orders the money needs to be cleared into our accounts before we can dispatch any goods or begin any design work.
9) What is the quality of your products like?
Most Indian Wedding Cards that you get in the UK are manufactured in India. We strive to get the best quality cards for you, however as quality measures in India are not as stringent as they are in the UK we do not hold responsibility for the cards being not of the best quality. Due to the nature of the manufacturing processes in India it is difficult for anyone to get the quality of the cards to be impeccable. This is reflected in the prices you pay for the cards. However rest assured since the customised design and printing takes place in the UK we assure you that from that perspective you will find the invitations to be of very high quality.
10) Can you make my wedding cards to my requirements?
Yes we make bespoke wedding cards that meet your requirements. We can undertake all sorts of processes including but not restricted to die-cutting, laser-cutting, embossing and foiling.
11) I am a Muslim, can you provide some Muslim symbols for my Muslim wedding cards?
Yes we provide all sorts of Muslim symbols for your Muslim wedding cards, including but not restricted to Nikkah and Bismillah. We can also provide various quotes from the Qur'an.
12) I am a Sikh, can you provide some Sikh symbols for my Sikh wedding cards?
Yes we provide all sorts of Sikh symbols for your Sikh wedding cards, including but not restricted to Khanda and Ek Omkar. We can also provide various quotes from the Guru Granth Sahib.
13) I am a Hindu, can you provide some Hindu symbols for my Hindu wedding cards?
Yes we provide all sorts of Hindu symbols for your Hindu wedding cards, including but not restricted to Ganeshji and Om. We can also provide various quotes from the Geeta.
14) Can you personalise the favour boxes and favour bags that I purchase from you?
